Read-only: get WhatsApp session status; no database writes

Get the connection status of the key's session via GET /status.

Inputs:

• (none beyond the shared cloud_connection_uuid selector)

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• connected: bool — whether the session is connected.
• status: str — provider session status string.
• phone_number: str — paired phone number, if any.
• provider_metadata: raw provider status response.
