Mark received message(s) as read (blue ticks) via POST /messages/read.
Inputs:
- cloud_connection_uuid: UUID — the cloud connection holding the Wasender token.
- message_ids: list — list of provider message IDs to mark read.
Outputs (terminal state_data):
- status: str — result status string.
- marked: dict — provider-opaque per-message read-receipt result.
