Create a new WhatsApp group

Create a new WhatsApp group via POST /groups with a name and initial participants.

Inputs:

• cloud_connection_uuid: UUID — the cloud connection holding the Wasender token.
• name: str — group subject/name.
• participants: list — phone/jid strings to seed the group.

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• group_jid: str — JID of the newly-created group
• name: str — group subject/name as set
• participants: list — participant phone/jid strings added
• group: dict — full group-metadata for the created group
