Create a DNS record for a Vercel-managed domain

Create a DNS record for a domain managed by Vercel.

Inputs:

• domain: Domain name (required).
• record_type: A | AAAA | ALIAS | CNAME | MX | SRV | TXT (required).
• record_name: Subdomain, e.g. api (required, use @ for root).
• record_value: Record value / target (required).
• ttl: TTL in seconds (optional, default: 60).

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• record_id: str — Vercel DNS record ID

Compensation: Use vercel.dns.delete_record to remove. Plugin required: context.get_plugin("vercel") must expose .api_token.
