Create a Stripe webhook endpoint and store its signing secret

Create a Stripe webhook endpoint on the customer's own Stripe account.

The signing secret is written into the connection secrets under store_secret_as and never persisted in state_data.

Inputs:

• cloud_connection_uuid: Org-scoped Stripe connection.
• url: Public HTTPS URL Stripe will POST to.
• enabled_events: Event names to subscribe.
• store_secret_as: Connection secret key that receives the whsec_… secret.
• description, metadata, api_version: optional Stripe fields.

Outputs:

• endpoint_id, status, url, enabled_events, secret_stored_as
