Create a Stripe PaymentIntent for one-time payment

Create a Stripe PaymentIntent to collect a one-time payment.

Acts on the CUSTOMER'S OWN Stripe account, authenticated via the org-scoped Stripe connection selected by cloud_connection_uuid.

The PaymentIntent must be confirmed on the client side (e.g. via Stripe.js) or server-side if a payment method is attached.

Inputs:

• cloud_connection_uuid: Org-scoped Stripe connection UUID (required).
• amount: Amount in the smallest currency unit, e.g. cents (required).
• currency: Three-letter ISO currency code, e.g. usd (required).
• customer_id: Stripe customer ID to attach the intent to (optional).
• payment_method_id: Payment method ID to attach (optional).
• description: Internal description (optional).
• metadata: Arbitrary key-value metadata (optional).

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• payment_intent_id: str — Stripe PaymentIntent ID (pi_...)
• client_secret: str — client secret for front-end confirmation
• status: str — PaymentIntent status

Connection required: cloud_connection_uuid — the organization's own Stripe account credentials; there is no platform-key fallback.
