runner.instance-terminate-kubernetes
Terminate one warm Orkestia-hosted Kubernetes runner instance — delete the pod and mark the RunnerInstance row TERMINATED with a reason. Instance-scoped counterpart to runner.execution-stop-kubernetes, used by the warm-pool controller to reap idle pods that have no execution.
Delete one warm hosted runner pod and mark its instance TERMINATED.
