Send an Orkestia-owned transactional email through the platform SES account.

Delivery leg for notification.email.send. Uses ambient IAM credentials — no customer CloudConnection. Internal-only.

Inputs:

• from_address: verified SES sender (required; the adapter supplies NOTIFICATION_EMAIL_FROM)
• to_addresses: recipient list (required)
• subject: rendered subject (required)
• html_body / text_body: at least one is required
• reply_to: optional Reply-To list
• region: optional SES region override (defaults to AWS_REGION)

Outputs:

• message_id: SES MessageId
• status: "sent"
• provider: "ses"
• sent_at
