Irreversibly delete all Lumen data for an organization (GDPR tenant-exit / org offboarding). Supports dry_run preview mode.

Irreversibly delete all Lumen data for one organization (GDPR tenant-exit).

Calls POST /api/org-data/<org_uuid>/purge on Lumen directly under the platform service key (lumen-direct). Supports dry_run=true to preview per-table row counts without deleting anything. Re-running after a successful purge is safe — all tables will report matched=0.
