Return the most impactful open/regressed error groups for an org.

Intended for agent triage loops and observability dashboards that need to know what is actively on fire right now. Results are ranked by occurrence count, last-seen time, or severity (all three sort modes are implemented by the Lumen route, including the undocumented 'severity' mode).

Auth: direct Lumen API call using the LUMEN_API_KEY service key. Organization scoping is enforced at the engine layer — the engine must validate organization_uuid against the caller's token. This workflow fails fast before the HTTP call when organization_uuid is absent.

sort	string	No	—	Ranking field. Accepted values: occurrence_count (default, highest first), last_seen_at (most recent first), severity (critical→high→medium→low, then by occurrence_count descending). Any other value silently falls back to occurrence_count.
from	string	No	—	Lower bound on last_seen_at (ISO 8601). Time range is capped at 90 days by parse_time_range().
to	string	No	—	Upper bound on last_seen_at (ISO 8601). Same 90-day cap.
limit	integer	No	—	Maximum number of groups to return (default 20, route hard-cap 100). Must be a positive integer; 0 or non-integer triggers a 400 from Lumen.
