kubernetes.pvc.wait_for_bound ​
Poll a PersistentVolumeClaim until status.phase == Bound, or timeout
Poll a PersistentVolumeClaim in the given namespace until its status.phase transitions to Bound, or until timeout_seconds elapses.
4-state polling pattern: PENDING (auto_advance="start_polling") -> WAITING -> COMPLETED / FAILED
action_start_polling initialises elapsed/poll_count counters and schedules the first poll. action_poll reads the PVC status on each tick; on Bound it transitions to COMPLETED carrying volume_name; on timeout it transitions to COMPLETED with bound=False; otherwise it re-schedules itself.
Plugin required: context.get_plugin("connection") .kubernetes_runner_clients(connection_uuid, organization_uuid) must expose core_v1 (a CoreV1Api instance) with read_namespaced_persistent_volume_claim_status.
