Delete a namespaced Kubernetes PersistentVolumeClaim (note: underlying PV may be retained or deleted based on reclaim policy)

Deletes a PersistentVolumeClaim. Swallows 404.

Note: the underlying PV may be retained or deleted based on the storage class reclaim policy — this workflow does not control that behaviour.
