Delete a namespaced Kubernetes PodDisruptionBudget

Deletes a PodDisruptionBudget in the given namespace. Swallows 404 so the workflow is idempotent.

Removing a PDB lifts the disruption guarantee immediately: the next drain may take every replica at once. Conversely, deleting one is the standard way to unblock a drain that a too-strict budget has stalled.

Inputs:

• connection_uuid: Cloud connection UUID (required)
• namespace: Target namespace (required)
• name: PodDisruptionBudget name (required)

Outputs:

• namespace, name, existed: bool

Plugin required: policy_v1 with delete_namespaced_pod_disruption_budget.
