Delete a namespaced Kubernetes NetworkPolicy

Deletes a NetworkPolicy in the given namespace. Swallows 404 so the workflow is idempotent — callers can safely delete a policy that was already removed.

Deleting a NetworkPolicy widens what the namespace allows: once the last policy selecting a pod is gone, that pod accepts all traffic again. Callers tearing down one policy of a set should confirm the remaining policies still express the isolation they want.

Inputs:

• connection_uuid: Cloud connection UUID (required)
• namespace: Target namespace (required)
• name: NetworkPolicy name (required)

Outputs:

• namespace, name, existed: bool existed=False means the NetworkPolicy was already absent before this call.

Plugin required: context.get_plugin("connection").kubernetes_runner_clients(connection_uuid, organization_uuid) must expose networking_v1 with delete_namespaced_network_policy.
