kubernetes.limitrange.delete

Delete a namespaced Kubernetes LimitRange

Deletes a LimitRange in the given namespace. Swallows 404 so the workflow is idempotent — callers can safely delete one that was already removed.

Removing a LimitRange while a ResourceQuota is still in force is the combination that breaks deploys: without the LimitRange to supply defaultRequest, any container that does not declare its own requests is rejected by the quota. Delete the quota first, or replace the LimitRange rather than dropping it.

Inputs:

  • connection_uuid: Cloud connection UUID (required)
  • namespace: Target namespace (required)
  • name: LimitRange name (required)

Outputs:

  • namespace, name, existed: bool

Plugin required: context.get_plugin("connection").kubernetes_runner_clients(connection_uuid, organization_uuid) must expose core_v1 with delete_namespaced_limit_range.
