Upsert a Google Artifact Registry remote-mode repository mirror.
Inputs:
- connection_uuid: Cloud connection UUID (required)
- repository_id: Repository short id (required)
- region: GCP region (required)
- upstream_url: Remote URL, e.g. https://ghcr.io (required)
- upstream_username: Upstream registry username (optional)
- upstream_password_secret_version: Path to the password Secret Manager version (optional)
