Initialize reasoning DAG - create root synapse and initialize state
Init step for reasoning DAG workflow.
Initializes all state_data keys:
- reasoning: root_synapse_id, max_depth, current_depth, is_terminal
- queue: pending (with root synapse), processing, completed
- synapses: root synapse entry
- memory: empty concepts list
- confidence: empty confidence lists
- conversation_lock: from context if available
- skills: empty applied/pending lists
- branches: empty dict
