deploy.k8s.import-cluster

Adopt every Deployment on a Kubernetes cluster as DeploymentTargets — lists namespaces, filters out k8s internals (kube-*, default, ltinteg-system), and runs the per-namespace upsert for each. One run = full cluster onboarding.

One-shot import of every (non-system) namespace's Deployments as DeploymentTargets.
