Anonymous onboarding assistant turn.

Answers a new visitor's question about the platform using the shared reasoning engine (dgi.reasoning-dag), framed as a read-only product guide. Runs the reasoning under a fixed platform organization and never executes any business workflow — it surfaces only the final answer (skills / virtual workflows are dropped).

Inputs:

• user_message: the visitor's latest message (required)
• history: prior turns as [{role, content}] (optional)
• catalog_context: compact catalog as [{type, description}] for grounding (optional)

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• assistant_message: reply text
• referenced_types: catalog types mentioned in the reply
• model: model id used (best-effort)
