Delete a Route 53 DNS record

Delete a DNS record from an Amazon Route 53 hosted zone.

The record_value must exactly match the current value(s) in Route 53 -- Route 53 requires the full ResourceRecordSet to delete it.

If the hosted zone or record does not exist the workflow completes successfully (idempotent delete).

Inputs:

• hosted_zone_id: Route 53 hosted zone ID (required).
• record_name: Fully-qualified DNS name (required).
• record_type: DNS record type (required).
• record_value: Value string or list of strings -- must match existing record exactly (required).
• ttl: TTL in seconds -- must match existing record (optional, default: 300).
• connection_uuid: Cloud connection UUID for AWS credentials (required).

Outputs (terminal state_data):

• change_id: str -- Route 53 change ID (None if the record did not exist)
• deleted: bool -- True when DELETE change was submitted; False when already absent

Compensation: Use aws.route53.create_record to recreate. Plugin required: context.get_plugin("aws") must expose .route53_client().
